How long does it take to repair my device?
All repairs are done the same day we receive your item. We return your device upon completion. If you need expedited shipping and return shipping please call us to set up next day air for your device or select the option from the checkout menu.
How will I know my information will not be shared?
We understand the amount of private information that is held on today's electronic devices. We carry a strict media policy that keeps your data safe. You can password protect your device if you choose, although we can not give our (1) one year warranty due to the fact we can not fully test the repair. Your information will never be shared or copied.
Will all of my information still be on the phone after my repair?
With most repairs your personal data is not removed or modified. We strongly suggest using iTunes to backup your device before you send it to our repair facility. Some repairs that may cause data loss are: Jail-breaking/Unlocking, Password Removal, and Software Malfunctions.
I have purchased the repair online, now what do I do?
After the checkout process is complete, package your phone (no box or accessories please) securely and mail it to our mail-in location for repair. Our mail-in location address:

Please print a copy of your checkout receipt and send it along with your device. This will allow the fastest possible repair, we will contact you upon arrival and shipment of your device. If have tracking information for your shipment please forward the information to sales@fixmyiphone.com. If you are using USPS online shipping labels you can add this email address to the recipient box and we will be allowed to follow your package instantly.
